VEN - Virginia Entertainment News - is always looking to interview local talent for its blog, "VEN's Voice." VEN's Voice is written by Jenny McClease, a local freelance writer who has been writing professionally for the past three years.
Please NO Wannabe Syndrome
The Wannabe Syndrome is an unhealthy state of mind often found in wannabe entertainers. It makes you believe you are a big-pimpin' eight-figure-income-making entertainer, but in reality you are living off of patient relatives, no one knows who you are, and you can't even get your car fixed. With the Bella-me Syndrome, you will quickly gain a narcissistic mentality that accepts your make-believe lifestyle as true. Then, you start to shun others that could actually bring meaning to your life.
If you have the Wannabe Syndrome, you are not what I'm looking for.
Who We Are Looking For
VEN is a family- friendly website that seeks quality. VEN's goal is to highlight Virginia's best. We are looking for established comedians/comediennes, singers, bands, Christian hip hop artists, maybe some secular hip hop artist, depending on your lyrics, poets, DJs, business owners, high-ranking military personnel, etc.
You must have your business in order. We want to see...
Hopefully, you see where I'm going with this. Please email me your links, videos, etc. at email@example.com
We are looking to grow our business and we want to take you along with us. We just want you to show us the same respect as you will be given. Your interview will include high-resolutions photos provided by you, videos and a brief biography.
